More Myanmar Travel Photos
If all you know about Myanmar is what the international media says, you probably think it’s a proto-Nazi-Germany where the citizenry is afraid to walk outside on the streets. Although I am far from an expert on the political innerworkings of the country some still call Burma, I will say that visiting there was probably one of the most unique experiences of my life — and not just because of the gnarly food poisoning I got! These photos show some of the highlights, including the cities of Mandalay and Yangon, and the primitive villages of Sagaing, Inwa and Amarapura.
