Singapore is smaller than the city of Los Angeles in both size and population, but the diversity of sights and sounds to be found here is nothing short of global. This ultra-modern city-state is not only the most sophisticated destination in Southeast Asia (as architectural wonders like the Marina Bay Sands Hotel demonstrate), but is also home to some of my favorite food in the world.
